Appointments that you have received are reserved and kept free only for you.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.

In the case of delays, an agreed massage can also be shortened.

If we have to cancel an appointment for compelling reasons, you will be given an alternative appointment as soon as possible.
